Shipping Information to Puerto Rico

In most cases orders are processed to be shipped within 2 days if the order is placed before 5:00 pm (ET).

Standard Shipping
US Postal Service is our standard carrier and shipments to Puerto Rico will be between 3-5 business days.
Orders can be shipped to one of our stores for free pickup on most orders.
(Some exceptions may apply on extra heavy items).

Discreet Packaging

Condom World is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and our warehouse address. The name “Condom World” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package, instead packages will be marked from “Shipping Department” or something similar.

What kind of packaging does my order come in?
Condom World products are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label. The shipping label may say from “Shipping Department” or something similar.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Condom World may require a signature for any orders that exceed $250 and for items that exceed $149.
