Due to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns for any lingerie, dancewear, hosiery, swimsuits or other intimate apparel or sex toys that have been taken out of their original sealed packing materials.

However, under our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (for online purchases only), you may request a replacement of any item on the site that becomes defective during the first 30 days of ownership. If your product becomes defective after 30 days, some products offer more extensive guarantees by the manufacturer.

To request a replacement for an online purchase: If you have a defective item and are under the 30 day warranty period you may contact us at condomworldshop@gmail.com with:

- Name
- Order Number
- Picture of defective item.
- Brief explanation. 

Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation.

• ALL TOYS HAVE A WARRANTY DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER.

• ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE WILL HAVE FOURTEEN (14) DAYS WARRANTY AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED AND THE MERCHANDISE HAS NOT BEEN USED.
